Air tickets
Refundability is determined by the fare rules of the ticket. We process eligible refunds within 7 business days of airline authorisation.
Private charter
Charter cancellation charges are stated in the approved aircraft quotation.
Ancillary services
Refundability of seats, baggage and other extras follows the conditions shown at purchase.
